Welcome to 123vip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all services provided by the 123vip platform, accessible at 123vip.cash and any associated applications or extensions ("Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, accepting a bonus, or simply browsing the Platform, you — the user — confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, which are incorporated into and form part of this document.

To create an account and use the services of the 123vip, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) in good standing with the Receita Federal;

• Use the Platform on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party;
• Not be an employee, partner, director, or immediate family member of an employee of the 123vip or any partner company that provides games or services to the Platform.

The 123vip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Falsification of eligibility information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses, with no right of appeal.

3.1 One account per person

Each eligible user may create one account only on the 123vip. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. Any additional accounts identified will be closed and all balances and bonuses may be cancelled.

3.2 Accurate and up-to-date information

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including: your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Any changes to your details must be reported to support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

To process the first withdrawal or at any time at the discretion of the 123vip, you will be asked to submit identity verification documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

Verification is processed within 24 business hours. Withdrawals are suspended until the process is complete. The 123vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the withdrawal method must belong to the account holder.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. Never share your password with anyone, including 123vip staff — our team will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and change your password.

The 123vip does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user. All deposits are denominated in Brazilian Reais (BRL). We do not accept deposits in foreign currency.

The 123vip reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that show signs of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized use of a third party's payment method. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the account will be suspended, the disputed amount reversed, and administrative fees may apply.

5.1 Method and timeframe

The main withdrawal method on the 123vip is Pix, processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts, every day of the week including national holidays. Other withdrawal methods may be available at the platform's discretion and subject to eligibility verification.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: R$ 10,000.00
• Maximum daily withdrawal: R$ 20,000.00
• Maximum weekly withdrawal: R$ 80,000.00

Players at the Platinum or Diamond VIP level may have their withdrawal limits increased upon request to their dedicated account manager.

5.3 Withdrawal requirements

To request a withdrawal, the user must:

• Have a verified account with complete, approved documentation;
• Have made at least one deposit into the account;
• Have met the rollover requirements for any active bonus on the account;
• Withdraw to a bank account or Pix key in your own name, with a CPF matching the one registered at 123vip.

6.1 Welcome bonus

The welcome bonus at 123vip is 100% match on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of R$ 500.00. To be eligible, the minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. The bonus is credited automatically and can be used on Sports Betting, casino, slots, and poker.

The welcome bonus rollover requirement is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount, to be met within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of credit. Any bonus not completed within the deadline is automatically canceled, with no impact on the real-money deposit balance.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

The weekly cashback of up to 20% on net weekly losses is credited every Monday, calculated over the Monday-to-Sunday period of the previous week. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn directly, with no restrictions. The cashback percentage varies according to the player's VIP level.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own terms described on the corresponding promotion page;
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable — they cannot be shared between accounts;
• The 123vip reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to technical error or fraud;
• Cancelled bets, pushes, or bets with odds below 1.5 may not count toward rollover requirements, subject to the specific conditions of each promotion;
• Users who systematically abuse promotions (e.g., betting both sides of an event using different accounts) will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts suspended.

6.4 VIP Program

The VIP program of 123vip has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are accumulated proportionally to the volume of bets placed on the platform. Points never expire. Level benefits include increasing cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, and — at the Platinum and Diamond levels — a dedicated account manager reachable via WhatsApp and priority email.

7.1 Covered Events

The 123vip offers betting on Brazilian and international sports, including but not limited to: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB (Novo Basquete Brasil), UFC, MMA, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), tennis, basketball (NBA), and American football. 7.2 Odds and changes

The odds published on the 123vip are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt with a transaction number has been issued. Odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical or human error may be canceled, with the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

7.3 Event cancellation and postponement

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are returned;
• If an event is interrupted after it has started and is not completed within 24 hours, bets will be settled based on the results at the time of interruption, or voided, in accordance with the specific rules of each market;
• Events postponed by more than 24 hours are treated as cancelled for settlement purposes, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.4 Live Betting

In live betting on 123vip, odds are updated in real time. The platform may temporarily suspend live markets during key moments or significant in-game events. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid. The cash out feature is available for eligible live bets, subject to availability and the odds at the time of the request.

7.5 Maximum win limit

The maximum win per single or combined bet at 123vip is R$ 500,000.00. Winnings above this limit on combination bets will be settled at the maximum amount. Additional limits may apply to specific events or tournaments and will be communicated on the event page.

8.1 Game Randomness & Fairness

8.2 Live Casino

8.3 Technical malfunction

8.4 Partner providers

By using 123vip, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unintended advantage;

• Making deposits using payment details obtained illegally or without the account holder's authorization;

The 123vip uses advanced fraud detection technology and continuously monitors account behavior. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in account suspension, balance cancellation, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

The 123vip reserves the right to suspend, temporarily block, or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• User's own request (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 18;
• Court order or regulatory ruling.

In the event of closure due to proven fraud, account balances — including deposits — may be withheld to cover damages caused. In the event of closure for other reasons, real-money deposit balances are returned to the account holder, net of any active bonuses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

In the event of a dispute related to the use of the platform or the interpretation of these Terms, the user must first contact 123vip by email at contato@123vip.cash or via live chat to seek an amicable resolution. The initial response time is up to 5 business days.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably within 30 days, the Courts of the District of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, are hereby elected as the sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other forum, however privileged it may be.
